TEMPERATURE: 60-65
COMMENTS: Not a great night sleep, felt bad first 5 miles and had to focus hard on going slow enough to keep HR<70%. Surprisingly, it got easier around mile 6 and the rest of the run was fine. Splits were 1:18, 1:17. Slight achiness in left hamstring (not the one that was hurt before) toward the end, but nothing that really concerned me.
