Notes

feet and shins were burning in the first 3 miles of this run. Burning so bad I seriously considered bagging the run at a mile and a half into it. It felt like rigamortis had set it and I couldn't move my legs, and that after each step I was going to tear tissue and/or muscle. Can't be the result of worn out sneakers as I'm wearing a brand new pair. It has to do with not running for 4 weeks and possible ramping up mileage to quickly and possibly running too fast (even though my speed has been at my typical slow pace and slower).
