Notes
Was supposed to be mostly cloudy, but after a few miles into the run, it became mostly sunny for a long while during the run. Again, like yesterday, I felt overdressed. I was tired from yesterday's faster effort, so today felt like a struggle. No fluids, gels or other foods consumed during this run.
So far, this ends up being the longest run of 2024 and ends the highest mileage week of 2024 so far.
