2 mile warm up, then attempted 6 miles at planned half marathon pace, but I couldn't hit the miles as fast as I wanted. Though I felt like I was cruising faster, I kept hitting the miles in the low 7s (with a couple of exceptions). Encouraged by a 6:34 5th mile, I decided to go a 7th mile at the same pace, and although the 7th mile felt fast, it turned out to be a disappointment.
All in all a disappointing work out.
