Notes

Despite some lingering peroneal soreness, I went out for a run. I tried to keep the pace slower, which seemed good for the peroneals but reintroduced some slight throbs of pain under that 5th metatarsal. Seems like faster running is better for the 5th metatarsal pain, but riskier for the peroneals.

I did take a 25mg ketoprofen about 30 minutes before this run.
