After some stretching and icing yesterday, I decided I wanted to try to run this morning to see how my calf felt. I went really slow (at a pace that felt like my 50 mile pace) and took it REALLY easy on any kind of incline since that's where I felt the pull in the calf the most.
I felt slight twinges of pain at near mile 3 and mile 6 but not as bad as yesterday. My shins felt fine this morning as well. I felt slightly encouraged about this but still somewhat worried/cautious about running.
