Partly Sunny, hot and very humid, 88 deg., dew point 70.5. MTB ride with Bob and Mark B. Rode the Honda Path to the Ledge trail, rode below the Ledge then up the Swett Ave. trail. Struggled mightily on that trail. Never had a foot down until that point. Heat got to me pretty quick and had to walk the first steep section. Got back on the bike and rode for a ways then went to stop, clipped out on the left but tipped over on the right when I couldn’t clip out. Had a hard time getting the bike off me. Need to loosen the right pedal. Walked most of the steep part then rode the rest of the way. Went around the top to the usual trail up, but didn’t have it in me to attempt the short steep climb. Rode on with those guys and did the round it stump. Headed back down the regular trail, tried not to ride the brakes too much. Felt a lot better the rest of the ride.
