Notes
Felt pretty good today. Started out probably about 6:40s. Gradually sped up during the run and finished with the fastest mile (mile 19) at 6:08. MIles were a little inconsistent depending on how accurate the mile markers are (some I suspect are a little bit off) and also depending on whether I was running through hilly areas or flat stretches.
This run was definitely on a fine line between "wow, I am in pretty good shape" and "uh oh, I may be running my long runs too fast" - I will monitor how quickly I can recover over the next few days to determine if I ran this long run too fast or not. Either way the plan is to run easy tomorrow
