Notes

Good Long run. My right hamstring was very tight when I woke up this morning and bothered me during the first part of the run. My left calve was also pretty bothersome during the first part of the run. After about an hour and 20 minutes my muscles seemed to loosen up pretty well and my legs felt good. My legs got progressively more tired during the end of the run and the last 3 or so miles were pretty tough.
