Tweaked my right quad pretty good yesterday. Not sure if it was from running in so many circles or while I was sprinting. My right quadricep felt fine until about 13 miles into the run and then became progressively tighter until the end. I was basically crawling the last 3 miles. I can't catch a break lately...Especially my right leg. It was my knee last week and now my quad this week.
