1st long run of this buildup. Pretty good stuff. My legs felt really great except for my hamstrings... they got pretty tight towards the end of the run.

This long run made me realize 2 things:

1. this course is going to be pretty tough with quite a few rolling hills

2. 26.2 miles is a long distance and a good marathon time doesn't come easy
