Very frustrating day! Had to take Pat to the nationals gymnastics competition and had to miss a morning run. Up at 5.00am so knew I would be bushed when I got home and wouldn't fancy a run. Tried to swim, but spent a lot of time talking to another Mum who was lovely, but it means my exercise has been rubbish today. Never mind, win some loose some and I may have made a new friend!
