a cold, but nice morning...probably started out a little faster than i should have...felt good and strong with the first big climb and the next longer climb. i thought i was keeping up with replenishment good, but by Johnson Run (mile 17 or 18??) i hit a wall...had a 27 min/mile. i puked and started cramping...took alot of salt tablets and came around for the last 5 + miles with SOB climb....i was shooting for a 6:30 finish. was working on my climbing leading up, but also was not eating and drinking properly. overall, ok with finish. saw lots of people. Caryn came up with me a took pictures and went to Lock Haven library.
