13.1 mile at 1:48:01, 20 mile at 2:46:38......started and felt good, on a good pace for first 19-20 miles, slowed last few miles to about 9:00 min/mile pace, wanted to finish with strong kick, but felt hamstrings and calfs starting to cramp so couldn't.......overall, wanted 3:40 or faster but ok with 3:43, Caryn finished great at 4:24, Justin Rummel started cramping at mile 17 and had to quit at mile 19 and was disappointed...they were calling for rain, but never rained...another fun weekend with Addy and Justin Rummel.
