cloudy, humid day....beautiful area...mountainous. first 15 miles were a gradually incline with rolling hills. mile 15-18 was going up Denton mtn....took it easy going up, jogged the whole way, stopped to walk for about 30 seconds. down hill was better. seemed to be somewhat dehydrated towards end....basically stopping at every water station. overall good race, friendly people, good organization. Caryn drove beside me alot on Rt. 6....felt good about time due to humidity and mtns.
