out rt. 54, turned right on Old Mill Rd, then right on Bayard, right on Central, right on Rt. 26, right on C.H. and back down...then took left on Madison and ran back to where Smitty McGee's owner lives and turned around at circle and back through......Caryn road her bike with me the entire way. not a bad morning, felt good at end. had Nathan pack with me. min/mile gradually got faster as miles went on.
