1:50:55-2:10:40.....comfortable morning, warmed up as the day went on...sunny. started well and felt good. when i saw my 1/2 split, i realized i may have went out to fast, but still felt good. started Denton Hill fine, but then stopped to walk...and then stopped multiple times going up. i was losing alot of fluids. my socks were slipping in my sneakers. still felt sluggish going back down other side of mountain...tried to catch up, but ended up running/walking the last 4-5 miles. not the way i wanted to run it.
