started out comfortably, goal was to finish under 3:45. half way i was at 1:49 even. course was hilly, which i had already known. started slowing by end of 2nd loop, beginning of 3rd loop(18 mile area). pushed myself not to stop at all, which i didn't. i was most glad with that! overall, disappointed that time was 4 minutes slower than last year, but proud because i didn't stop at all, including big hill at end.
