ran with Caryn and Rachel down in North Wales for Thanksgiving....out and back course....17:25-17:04......gradual inclines and declines...hillier on way back...they had 5K runners turn and 8k runners kept going...8k eventually finished with slower 5k runners...set up differently....i came in 2nd in my age group....Caryn ran a 44:17, Rachel ran the 5K in 32:13.
