very warm..summerlike...ran Buzzards route but instead of going up Water Tank, continued on rail trail, then crossed creek and back up gas line.....felt good until right after the creek crossing...then the heat wore me down. This was the longest run I've done since the Marin 50k in San Fransisco March 9th. This was a test to see where my energy would be since the tick bite that day of the race....overall, pleased with how I held up. I didn't look at my watch that often. Although, once I got home, had zero energy and body was lacking nutrients. Ended up throwing up sick after eating dinner. Then slept terrible that night.
