ran with Nicky Cassell, Paul Moretz, and Sherri Bullock.... started at new Giant across from Pizza Boy and ran Orrs Bridge rd neighboorhood. good workout after my mountain repeats the night before. we met Caryn and a few others after the run and ate breakfast in Giant plaza cafe.
