parked at Trout Run lot and ran the mile over to Swatara bike trail loop....ran all lefts, followed by all rights, then back to car....had a bit of a sore left ankle and right calf so was taking it easy, but still struggled on the second loop. was loosing lots of fluids...did a run/hike the last 7 plus miles...was on the verge of cramping the last few miles...overall not a good long run.
