with Jen Henry and Anne Weaver....north to Darlington Shelter and back. they both hiked the entire time. I would run off here and there and then backtrack which gave me extra miles. i probably ended up running about half of the total distance. we would stop multiple times to identify birds and forage on plants. a beautiful sunny day off work....good conversation. my left glute is a bit store(had recently been my right glute but now switched sides :( )
