a very warm day for fall...i decided to stay with Gary and Laura Bowman, Mandy Pierce, and Cassy Lizza. i felt good the entire way...the big boulder field was fun at around mile 7. the steep climb at Barb Kiss My Ass around mile 12 very tough, with a boulder field the last half. Overall a fun day hanging with the crew. i think i could have ran it much faster(i ran hard the last portion of the green mile at the end(7:20pace last half mile)) probably around a 7:15-7:30, but since i have the Grindstone 100 miler in a few weeks, decided to take it easy.
