ran Mike's Loop at Lower Allen Community Park from sunrise(6:25am) to sunset(7:56pm) in honor of Mike...Caryn, Brett Wiley, Barry Main, and Matt Sabath joined me for some morning loops. Karl Pass joined me for a few laps in the afternoon....other than that, I was alone. Caryn had to bring me back more water and also got me tacos and french fries from Fat Boy's Pizza and Tacos....drank tons of water(about 370oz). loop was basically all grass with a nice trail along the Yellow Breeches creek....went slow throughout due to the warm/humidity.....so glad i did it. Planning a February run with same concept.
