started at my parents and ran down towards town, then along river, out past Reed's Sunoco, up Shippen Dam and made right on Church St. made left and past Troutmans, turned right towards 2 bridges, left at Power Company out to Ned Smith ,Across bridge and continued on lower trail, up to rail trail and up Woodsides Road to top of mountain and back to parents....didn't have much energy
