1 big loop just north of Lock Haven in Mill Hall in the PA Wilds...the trail was pretty difficult at spots with rocks, multiple stream crossings, and a couple steep climbs(mile 11 and at the end at mile 29). The last climb was very steep(and downhill too!). I took hiking poles with me and they helped a lot. I didn't cramp up. I felt i fueled very well. I took my time the whole way..right glute has been an issue for months and it felt pretty good. But i am not in shape. Overall pleased but could have done better. Not sure if I'll do it again. It all depends if I want to continue to do technical races or not.
