started at AppRunCo. with Linda Reilly and about 12 other runs...took road to Letort trail to the end and back....pushed hard the last 2 miles with Brian Ebert. legs/body tired from recent runs....last 2 miles were 7:54 and 7:33, but seemed much tougher to run.
