nice trail race starting in Emporium, PA on a rail trail...had 3 bigger climbs at 1000 ft...overall gain 5000ft and 33 miles...trail was mix of dirt road, single track trail that really didn't seemed used that much. 5 rolling hills on a pipeline from mile 11 to mile 14...good race, nicely organized, marked very well, and nice people. had good food at end...was first place in age group....left glute sore at times and haven't been running much...just started with Physical Therapist the other week....overall, i recommend this race. drive to Emporium was 2:45.
