ran the first leg of hbg marathon relay, followed by Caryn, Sheri Bullock, and Josh Lebo. started on bridge and ran on west shore, then crossed back over, ran past central office and looped back around onto front st and down past penn dot, and back up to old railroad bridge by hbg hospital...wasn't a very fast time...i have not run fast in a long time and it showed. my glute was also sore. overall, our mixed team came in 8th out of 37 groups.
