went with Cassie Lizza...a warm day compared to the weather we've been having. first time there, trails were combo of rocky on tuscarora trail, good running on logging paths/single track, and about 4 steep climbs...overall, got 6,000ft gain...pretty tough course. took our time, but i didn't take enough food/calories. saw Don Halke, Tina and Robyn Hoover at the very end at the lake. nice park. left knee felt good, but probably going to be sore for a couple days after. it was nice to catch up with Cassie....with the COVID19 stuff going on.....i labeled this run as a race because i used it as the East Coast vs. West Coast 50k Virtual Race in Ultrasignup.
