another warm and nice day...had off work. started at gait and backtracked..went up rattling run(saw Eric Bolig driving down mountain) to tower. went onto the blazed trail behind the tower and met up with Knauber trail , and then cut back over to rattling run. backtracked and then went down Marcia's madness trail, down to rail trail and back to gait...let's were a little sore from the marathon the day before, but was great to be out in the woods.
