parked at the East End lot at the Lykens Glenn and ran the Doc Smith trail, then ran/hiked up Glenn Park Rd. to Luke's Trail and back down to the lot....wanted to run East End loop, but was getting dark. legs feel pretty good after Hellgate 100k....still have a blister.
