sunny and windy...ran normal loop, then looped around parking garage......real feel in the 20's.....kept a controlled pace throughout...9:30 min/mile followed by 8:30 min/mile(did each 8 times). Made rule to only look at my watch no more than 3 times a mile....did well, with most of miles a few seconds under goal pace...working on pace. legs felt good...flexors/psoas muscles very tight afterwards
