Was planning to run the 50k(also had plans to run the Triple Crown..Hyner 50k, World's End 100k, Eastern States 100) this year but my body seems to be tired and telling me to chill out. So race morning, I dropped down to the 25k and ran the race with Tiffany Lewis and Shannon Gay...slowed down a bit and more enjoyable. So many people ran...great atmosphere.
