progression run... 9:14, 8:31, 8:17, 816, 759, 747, 732, 659.....parked at Stabler Memorial Park, ran up wildwood hills, then up around Chris Becker neighborhood, then down and looped around HACC, then back through flat wildwood and down Linglestown Rd. to park...good workout/kick at end.
