My dad joined me on this trip to DC....This marathon had rolling country hills, including a steep one at mile 25. It was a hilly course. 3 loops on same roads. I have trained more on the treadmill and probably hurt my performance. Legs started getting weaker by mile 19-20...seemed dehydrated. Overall, not very pleased, showed what kind of shape I'm currently in. Will train more trails, less treadmill before next marathon.
