6:32, 6:59, 7:04, 6:51, .4(2:12)....a little humid, cloudy with a breeze...good summer night. it took a mile or so to settle into a steady pace. still felt good and strong the last mile and a half, pushed hard at the end. Caryn didn't run but was watching Abbey and Chloe and they were there to watch.
