ran with Caryn, Nicky Cassel, Gary Varano, and others....started at Nicky's house and ran up to Buck Run Rd. others were training on power line beside it, so I ran a few of those repeats and some of buck run rd. repeats...total of 8-9 repeats and 1,500 ft. of gain. overall, good hill workout. i have a marathon the next day. good training for ultras.
