1:43:55- 1:44:45...rolling country hills...amish farmlands...nice race, nice sunny day, windy at spots. the race went according to what i planned......felt good, stayed around 8 min/mile throughout (mostly under 8 min/mile until around 23, then big hill made it over 8 min/mile). 200 ft elevation change at mile 3-4 and mile 22-23.....downhill last few miles. cramped during last kick at end. overall, pleased with race! Caryn's cousin Dave Carl and Fiancee Karin were there as well as Lori Daniels, Rob, Eric S, girlfriend, for marathon relay..
