Notes
a nice day to run..it had rained before the race and made the trails/rocks slick and muddy. did not try and push the pace too much because of having Laurel Highlands 70M next weekend, but still got a good workout in and was tough. this is still my favorite race with big climbs in the beginning, middle, and last climb around 24. such a diverse and beautiful trail. the last 5 miles are all runnable so that is another reason to love the race. The Weaver's ran and Gary Bowman and crew also ran 50k and 100k. i wasn't planning on staying the night, but Cassie Lizza allowed me to use her tent. great and fun weekend again.
