from swatara lot on rt. 443, went south to The General(7.5 miles), then continued on blue blazed trail up over mtn and down to Rt. 325, then backtracked....mountain by General was steep and rocky...did not have enough food/energy and struggled coming back through. the trail by Rt. 325 starts just past the end of Dehart Dam on right going out through...a little pull off.
