cold sunny morning with Caryn and Jeff, Rachel, Abby, and Chloe Manning at the new Liberty Hill Turkey Trot in Lafayette Hill....ran the perimeter of Union League Golf Course......730, 812, 825, .40.....the first 1.5 miles was gradual rolling down hill. the last 1.5 miles had a couple steep climbs...overall tough hilly course. had almost 400 ft. of elevation gain. i was shooting for under 23 minutes...i'm ok with the time. hopefully everyone will want to run this race again. fun morning...
