Started with Cassie Lizza, Gary Bowman, and Danielle Diantoniis...started slow and got slower. Cassie and Gary left us at the half/ full split. Danielle was very slow..way have been injured and she was tired and sore from running and working ou the day before. Overall, wanted to run more and faster but we still had a good time and a nice day to be outside.
