a five, 6 mile looped course that had similar terrain to Blues Cruise 50K...mostly flat with a few hills, wooded areas with open power line areas...crossed multiple small bridges/streams. had the aid station at the pavilion every 6 miles. good set up......weather was the story. very cold and windy. with wind chill it was 4 degress or colder. i felt comfortable throughout with under armor long sleeve shirt, another long sleeve, then a jackey and had tights and shorts. gradually got more tired but overall felt good about how i finished. i hadn't had a long run over 20 miles in over 3 months (Harrisburg Marathon)
