with Kristen Mam and Anne Weaver....about an inch or so of snow on the ground...we initially wanted to do baby buzzards, but I wanted to get to Hbg to meet Caryn for lunch, so decided to cut it short....we took buzzard course up water tank to marsha's madness, then back tracked...nice morning for a run. coming back, my heart rate was off and i got a little light headed..decided to walk. i was sweating a lot...Anne seemed to think it was lack of electrolytes...i ate two packs of stingers and took some salt tablets and felt better.
