parked at upper lot at wildwood, ran around lake, then down to law enforcement track at ran 2 X 400's, 2 x 800's, and 2 x 400's, with 400 jog in between.....400's (1:19, 1:22)....800's (3:00, 3:01).....400's (1:21, 1:21)....then ran back up to lot....great workout. tough running on track into wind.
