a very hot day...started at work and went north..met Caryn at Wildwood and she biked along side me the rest of way and gave me water. started getting tough after mile 15. body temperature rose and i warn down...did the run walk thing the last two mile. Arts Fest was along river so we cut up Chestnut st. on to 2nd st, then cut up side roads to office.
