with Jim Schwalm....started going up frog hollow rd and linked over to roberts valley and ran a little behind pavilion at park, before going up to towers, then ran down into Sportsmans golf course and back up, out to Blue Mtn parkway and back, then ran down at portion of Kristen's loop and went into Felicita golf course, and back....felt sluggish, but good conversation with Jim
