ran with Jason Sgro...took railroad bed to AT gate, then took left onto side bike trail. followed trail back down to Laurel lake and crossed main road. continued on trail and continued up until we crossed over Rt. 233 at church and realized we were on the buck ridge burn route. continued on and eventually ended back on the AT..came back down to lot. good run and conversation with Sgro.
